Welcome to the Business Challenge 2025

Welcome to the Business Challenge part of the EIT Master School Kick-Off in Bari, October 2025! We are excited for your participation, as you are set to gain new knowledge, skills, and competencies crucial for both your studies and your professional life.

Intended Learning Outcomes: This challenge is meticulously designed to foster your professional development. You will not only acquire new knowledge but also enhance vital skills such as teamwork, creativity, and time management. Ultimately, we aim for you to build a great experience and deliver a memorable pitch that showcases your innovative solutions. 

Working in Groups: You will be working in diverse groups, bringing together participants from different cultural, educational, and geographical backgrounds. 

Main Tasks: Building Your Business Model with the Canvas: The central tool for this Business Challenge is the Business Model Canvas. This proven framework provides a common language that facilitates effective communication between entrepreneurs, financial communities, and technical experts.

Choosing Your Challenge: To begin, please select up to three business cases that align with your priorities. While we will do our best to assign students to the Cases of their priority, please note that due to team formation (typically six people per case), it may happen that some students will be assigned to their second or third priority. Several groups will work on the same case. Take the time to thoroughly review the presented business case, both individually and as a team, to explore potential solutions and possibilities.  
Please read all the cases and fill out the FORM indicating your priorities. 

Please note that four hours will be allocated for working on the Challenge during the kick-off meeting; therefore, the groups will need to start working before the event.
